Refund & Reschedule Policy

General Policy

• All fees paid for classes, private sessions, seminars, and speaking engagements are non-refundable.
• If Guardians Circle cancels or reschedules a class, session, or event, clients receive a full refund or a full credit toward a future booking, their choice.
• Fees are not refunded for accidental or duplicate registrations, but may be rescheduled or transferred per the terms below.

Group Classes & Seminars

Applies to: Group Drop-In Class, 4-Week Group Course, Women's Self-Defense Workshop, Lunch & Learn, Half-Day Seminar, Full-Day Seminar, Corporate/Community On-Site.

• One reschedule is allowed per registration, for any reason, with at least 24 hours' notice before the original session.
• The rescheduled session must be attended within 90 days of the original date, or the fee is forfeited.
• Credit from a group booking can be applied to any future group class or seminar of equal or lesser value; the difference is due if the new booking costs more.
• Group credit cannot be applied toward private sessions.

Private Sessions

Applies to: Intro to Handgun Safety, Private Instruction, Concealed Carry Fundamentals, Couples/Small Group, Private 1-on-1 Self-Defense.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late forfeit the session and all fees — the grace period counts toward session time.
• No-shows forfeit the session and all fees.
• One reschedule is allowed per registration, for any reason, with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session.
• The rescheduled session must be attended within 90 days of the original date, or the fee is forfeited.
• Private session credit cannot be applied toward group classes.

Public Speaking & Corporate Engagements

Applies to: Community/Nonprofit Talk, Corporate Keynote, Half-Day Workshop, Full-Day Intensive, Custom Multi-Session Programs.

• These bookings require a 50% deposit at scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable but is fully transferable to a new date within 12 months, provided at least 14 days' notice is given before the original date.
• Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice forfeit the deposit entirely.
• The remaining balance is due prior to the event per the terms of your booking confirmation.

Transfers

• A paid registration may be transferred to another person by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• The new attendee inherits only the reschedule opportunities remaining on the original registration — if the original booking's one reschedule was already used, the transferred registration has none remaining.

Safety-Related Dismissal

• Because this training involves firearms and physical instruction, any participant who arrives impaired, without required documentation (such as valid ID for concealed carry courses), or who violates range or facility safety rules may be dismissed from the session without refund.
